Only three glasses of wine in two weeks. Been exercising just about every day. Been eating vegan too, and mostly low carb. Dropped one one. I'll take it for now. I know this will take some time, so I must be patient. Looking forward to 156 in the coming week :-)
157.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
