Oh My Goodness---where do I start!
I got to busy and made excuses to myself that I had no time to come onto the site and keep up with everything and the result is bad.
I had been in the upper 160's last month and then I fell and hurt my ankle and it all went to hell in a handbasket!
The good news is I recognized my downfalls and busted out my journal, ordered a treadmill and will have to get on this site to enter my stuff..It may not be daily because of my job. (Yes I have a new one--far away and long hours) but I will make the effort to update and fill out my things every 2 -3 days.
I just have to reign myself in. I know I'm not the only one that struggles with holiday season as well. So I'm back on the horse and gearing up.
I let myself down. Thats enough of that!
180.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
