Today I weighed in and gained .9 pounds. If am so frustrated I have walked ran on the treadmill for 22 miles in the last four days and have only lost .3 pounds and by the way hardly ate anything. :( I found this sight hoping it will help me to be more sucessful in my weight loss goals. :)
203.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
