Thursday :) Yay!! power is back on... woke up to about a dozen abandoned cars in front of our house.

Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - New spots, trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea.
Water Retention
171.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
