Been on and off my diet plan, didn't do well but atleast I didn't gain so thats a plus, hopefully this week goes better and I get a nice drop by next week monday weigh in
141.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
