Been extremely good and careful about not exceeding 1900 this week, to bring my average down and make me less likely to want to go mad at Christmas.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1863 kcal Fat: 56.41g | Prot: 62.34g | Carb: 274.97g.   Breakfast: Pannetone (Italian-Style Sweetbread), Flora Light, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Grapes, Pineapple. Lunch: Bananas, Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes, Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless), Quinoa. Dinner: Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), Baked Beans, Morrisons Breaded Turkey Escalopes, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Snacks/Other: Marks & Spencer All Butter Mince Pie, Lidl Sirius Muesli Barre de Céréale au Chocolat au Lait et Préparation A la Banane. more...
