It's always nice to see the 150's even if it's just for a minute. I had a rather large unhealthy lunch. Hopefully after my two week break from exercise I can get back on track tonight and be in the mid 150's by mid April.
159.9 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
