I decided today that I'm gonna start this over, the right way. I have lost just under 50 lbs. so far, but I wasn't doing it for me. This time it's gonna be all for me. I've never done anything huge for me so...HERE WE GO!

I made my mind up too. Now when I cook, I'm not doing it to please my husband or kids. I fix what I can have, they either eat it, do without, or eat a pb&j. Plus, my health depends on it. If they have issues with it, I'm not using, "But I want to get skinny", I'm using, "But I have high cholesterol and I could die from a heart attack or stroke if I don't take care of me". I'm not sure what your exact situation is, but you can do this. You have come too far now. Over 50 lbs is an awesome accomplishment.

Your family will understand even if right now they are not being understanding. This is your time. 50 lbs loss is such an awesome accomplishment. So proud of you and so is your family I'll bet.
