Good morning. I've been doing an hour workout 2 x per week and feel great about it. I have been letting the food choices slip and admit that I need to work on selecting healthy foods. So: here's to a new day and better start!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good for you on doing a good workout twice a week!!! Any and all forms of exercise are great for you!! Its ok if you slipped a bit. As long as you get back on track and start over!! We will always be here to help!! I know I will anyway!! Just be honest with yourself, and make sure you log what you eat, and exercise!! Give yourself some slack, and don't go beating yourself up over that slip! You can do this if you really want to!! I'll help and give you what guidance I can. You can friend me on facebook too. Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. I told my daughter today is exercise day. She said she wished I would wait until after school to do the exercises b/c she wants to do them with me....she did a good job the other day when school was cancelled....I must admit having a partner is nice, so I am waiting for her! Yippee!

I think having your daughter exercise with you would be a great idea. It helps you both stay healthy and active, while providing support, and helping it feel less like work.

Yes! We completed an hour work out. Some of the exercises she cannot do, so we modify. It has been wonderful, but I do wonder how long she'll be interested. Only time will tell.
