Yesterday, I actually lost two pounds. However, today, I didn't lose anything. It is crazy in my mind. I'm am eating soo much less than I used to, I am exercising for at least 30 min every day, and I'm either gaining weight or staying the same. It really sucks. I really thought that when you work out you lose weight. But so far it hasn't happened like that. I am going to keep going though. I figure sometime soon it should switch around and I am able to start losing weight. I need to. I want to. And I will!!
