0.4 lower than the day before surgery I think. Just goes to show the scale doesn’t matter much. I’m drinking more but yesterday with surgery and skipping lunch I didn’t drink much. Tried to make it up last night.

Wore myself out so slept well. About 8 hours. Was wide awake so not sure how I slept but I did lol.

Supposed to eat ‘normally’ or more for healing. I’ve not been healing well lately and I’m wondering if it’s the IF and some days having 800-900 calories. I make it up with some 1500-2000 days so I’m basically doing calorie cycling or whatever along with If. I want to get these 5+ pounds off. As he adds fills to the expander I’ll slowly gain. But I’ll lose half of it when he puts the implant in. Those surgeries usually make me lose about 2-3#. He will add in about 2# and the implant will be 1.5-2#.

I’m just tired of being fat and unhappy with my body. Can’t wait to get back to lifting. I’m on a 5# restriction now and not even allowed to carry my purse after the dr lifted it. Said I couldn’t even carry it on my other side for the first week. Yeah that’s not gonna happen! I’ll just switch to a smaller purse or take half the stuff out. I don’t really need a file or hairbrush. Those I can keep in my glovebox maybe. I do however need my meds with me but I can put a days worth in a smaller container maybe and not carry the large things of medication. I don’t want to risk being without the nerve meds and Advil when I need them!

As far as every day life well it sucks lol. Not a lot I can do about that though. So I’m focusing on keeping anxiety down, sitting around doing nothing so I can rest and heal. The dr stressed that because I’m always up and doing normal stuff too soon. I have laundry to do but one kiddo wants points for doing extra chores so maybe she would want to do it. Same with the dishes as I’m not allowed to bend down for that for 3 weeks! 3 weeks!! No bending, lifting, pushing or pulling. That cuts out grocery shopping, cooking with our cast iron (thank goodness I made extra food and we have leftovers for two meals and I bought things like soups that are easy to make with a lighter pot), cleaning, picking up, laundry etc. Basically NO housework or physical activity of any kind for three weeks! I can go on short slow walks the first week. After that I can pick up the pace but it’s cold and I hate walking in the cold and Oklahoma wind! Wind in my ears gives me horrible headaches and earaches. It also dries out my eyes more. The cold makes me shiver and that in turn makes my chest hurt. It hurts now from collar bone to mid ribs on the right side. As long as I sit still with good posture there’s no pain! I did have to ask for a pain medication this time right after surgery. I had to lift myself up using my chest and core and not use my arms. It almost made me cry so they gave me a small injection and said it should last the rest of the day I’m against pain meds (narcotics) and refused the script for those. I did take the nausea script just in case. Getting sick can cause issues with healing and the force of 🤮 can mess with the incision. That’s not something I want to mess with!

Other than that I’m physically well! Fat and happy they say haha.
