Thank God...that's a total of 15.2 lost....yesterday was hard. I am struggling getting enough calories....
277.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

nice job! seems like a lot of people are in the same boat. add butter to your eggs & veg, heavy whipping cream to coffee/tea, olive oil to salads, meats, etc. it takes a little time to acclimated, but once you do, things will really get rollin'!! have a great day :)

MMMM...heavy whipping cream sounds good and olive oil...will pick some up tonight after work. Thanks for the tip

The cream is indeed good! Be careful because you can only use it a tbsp at a time lol.. I'm having a hard time with that, as I always want more! 50 calories a pop adds up quickly!
