Ah, exercise. Today is day 2 of me actually exercising. I had to talk myself into finishing the 30 minute video. About half way thru I wanted to give up. BUT, I pushed on and feel so good that I finished. I'm hoping that it gets a little easier every day.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
