I am 75g if carbs a day limit. 206 seems quite a lot. Cut that down on them perhaps 😊

I'm done with carb cutting, for the moment anyway. I've spent very long diets carb cutting. It made me ill, unable to excercise, and as soon as I went onto a bit more carbs, all the weight I lost went back on within one week. I still don't eat Bread,(only pita)don't eat potato, rice, and have only had 100g cooked pasta a week. My problem lies in the fact that I am borderline under active thyroid, and have not been given any medication for it. I am keeping my journal entries to show my doctor how difficult it is for me to lose weight.

Oh sorry to hear that. I know it is hard to feel energized without the carbs or with very few. At the minute I increased my protein and lowered the carbs as the protein makes you feel fuller for longer. However I am not sure if you can adopt that diet. Good luck in your journey 🍀
