Surprisingly good, considering overeating at Kahn's yesterday. Real Mongolian folks can't eat like that everyday. Missed the Home for Christmas diet debacle again by having car trouble and brother "forgetting" to bring me a couple thousand empty calories of the yummiest cookies on the planet. Good for the diet. But oh, sooooo yummmmmmy.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
