okay, i wish people could know how happy i am :D i am down another 3 pounds pretty much and i feel so good. i even went to a party last night, LOTS of food and desserts and for some weird reason i didn't even want them. i'm thinking i've been doing so well, that my body isn't even craving it anymore...which is completely bizarre for me. i'm at the point where i feel comfy with things and if i want a treat i will have it and make sure i don't get carried away, the thing is that i am not really wanting anything bad right now anyways. I had cake last weekend and could have eatten it all...so i know to be careful...so unless i REALLY want something, i'll just have some fruit and carry on. YAY!!!!
140.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're over the hump!! You're at the point that everybody aims for in any diet, and that is where it doesn't feel like I diet, it just feels like a lifestyle. This is really the goal of SBD; to get people to eat healthy all the time with the occasional indulgence that won't sabotage your health. People use SB as a weight loss program which is great, but the original goal was just health. You're there! Just keep living like you're living and you'll hit your goal without even thinking about it. Good job!!
