Well, it looks like I'm up weight again. Portion sizes got bigger and I wasn't able to properly exercise for almost 3 months due to surgery, so I guess I really need to get back in the saddle again.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
