🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Mar 5 - 11: (Ooops, forgot to post on Friday!)
Happy Spring Forward Day! 34 weeks till clocks change again & I feel revitalized! Happy Pi Day 3.14 :)
Weigh-in: Last few days, had junk like onion rings & Buster Bars from DQ which I haven't had in years. The spring sunshine has me wanting light foods like salads 🥗, so time to bring healthy me plan full force!
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 5/7 days YTD: 41.4% (29/70days) starting to get into walking routine.
No Junk Food: 3/7 days YTD: 57.1% (40/70days) Chocolate, bit of fast food, ice cream. Not beating myself up over it; just taking it day by day.
*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
Life update: Donations Friday #2! Lots of books, cds & dvds, unused exercise sets; rather emotional tbh, but decided the items are not part of New Me World - the person & life I truly desire :)
