Still maintaining but, I’ll take it. I lost weight after my procedures last week but I didn’t log it because it was temporary. I’ve noticed that normally I tend to lose like a pound a day for 3-4 days in a row then it takes my body a week or so to catch up before I lose again. It interesting how you start to see trends like this. Anyone else notice something similar or your own trend? 🤔
198.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
