Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.2 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - New spots, more healing, trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea
Water Retention
171.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Cynthia! Thanks for your visit! I LOVE gardening. They're my pets:) Moved to this house 11yr ago and been doing it a little by little ever since. Couldn't do much when kids were little. I spent lots of time with them more than anything else. Now they are almost 14 & 12 so I do more gardening last a couple of years. It's endless work! Spring is here already and love it!
