That's more like it. Ate a lot of protein yesterday, I think that helped my muscles tremendously as I'm not nearly as wasted this morning as I was last week after the same workout.

Plyometrics wasn't nearly as bad as I had made it out in my head. That being said, I still couldn't do it 100%. I had to sit out some of the reps in the later exercises because my body just wouldn't do them. Oh well, that's why I need P90X in the first place!

187.4 lbs Old Scale Weight (OSW)

19.1% Body Fat
188.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
