Had an awesome day! Great workout in the early afternoon, I did 3 miles on the treadmill for the first time in several months. It was just the running I didn't do any biking but that was ok because the run was so much better. It felt good to have that kind of positive workout. I also ate a lot better than I had before. Although I need to remember to bring something to the gym after a workout, I bought a Snickers bar because I was so hungry. I am going to stop doing that. If I had not done that, It would have been a much better eating day. I probably would have been around the 2000 mark and that would have felt good.
