Down 6 lbs for the first time I can remember in a long time!! Feeling so good about loosing weight the way I have chosen to do it. I have been listening to the Podcasts from Self Coaching Scholars, Starting with number 1 (one). I am now around episode 100 and the mind body connection has paid off bigtime! These podcasts have also helped me deal with many other areas of my life. I suggest you have a listen if you are into that kind of thing.
