Thanksgiving is over...so now I need to get back on my game. NO CARBS unless its smart or healthy carbs, mainly protein, and vegs....and lots of salads. Please hope to stick to it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

NOLAgal71 let's plan our Wednesday and Thursday meals for next week so we can began to 'check' one another's CARB intake. I know you do not have time to enter your meals daily but maybe if we start planning ahead that will reduce the time it takes. What do you think?
