Up a pound, but I'll allow myself that luxury in exchange for running the Shamrock Shuffle 8K in a blizzard. On detox this week, so the no alcohol should help me get back on track.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
