I knew the weight was dropping too fast to be real. Everyday I've been waiting for a "reality check" - today's the day UP 2 pounds! It's okay - that's what I get for weighing myself everyday. I've still hit my mini-goal of losing my first 10 pounds by April 1st. What will I weigh on May 1st?????
134.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could just be your muscles holding onto water if you're excercising alot and not taking in enough fluids that sometimes happens... I have too constantly tell myself to drink water.

I drink a lot of water. I'm thinking I had something salty. I had got weight drops for about 6 days in a row, so I was expecting it to jump back up at some time. I think the body just has a weird way of adjusting to change - especially when we're older.

Yep.I like alot of things about getting older but this definetly ain't one of 'em!!
