So yesterday I had toast with cheese and peanut butter .
Little bit of kerela, dhall, nuts chutney and 2 boiled eggs
Then collagen shake with coconut milk .
138.9 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
