This week I been working out alot but for some reason my ankles and feet are swelling really bad and I seem to be retaining alot of water, going to get this checked out ASAP!
341.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
