Thank you!! If you have looked at my. weight history you know it's been a long process for me. I have stopped and started this journey so many times. But I am determined that by my 70th birthday this August I will be as trim and fit as I was in my fifties. I already feel so much more energetic and my back problems have all but disappeared. There are so many benefits to losing weight beyond looking good! Stay the course!
