I've started a new routine where I have one or two replacement meal milkshakes then a low calories dinner so between 500 and 800 where possible. This way I'm never hungry plus I have coffees and water throughout the day!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
