I did not get any walking done yesterday as a volunteer. My truck was used to carry the food so I drove. That was nothing like my assignment last year. I will make more effort the rest of this week to stay hydrated and moving. I looked at one of the Groupon restaurant deals I have for my vacation try-outs. I am nervous. Some reviews say it's great food, one said they do not honor the deal they are advertising, one said the food was nasty. Oh boy... I will keep trying to get these places on the phone to make sure they are even planning to to keep their regular hours during the holiday. Aside from that, I will write tips all day that will aide and inspire me through out my vacation.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
