over 6000 steps yesterday. I think I will put unused calories into a binge bank. plan is to binge every 11th day and resume 1200 calories on 13th day. I think I have only 50 calories from yesterday for the bank---but then I DID have a cheesy chicken chimichanga
173.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
