Low carb high fat diet is working. lots of energy and staying full so much longer. Don't need a ton of snacks like before. Can't wait to see results after more time has passed. The easiest "diet" I've ever done. More of a way of life. Its super easy to stick with cause I'm not always hungry like I was on other diets. LCHF rocks!
