I wasn't planning on weighing myself today but after getting home from the gym this morning I thought, "What the heck" and I am happy I did! 3 lbs with an overall loss of 21. I am so happy! My dad is also on the track of losing and I am so incredibly proud of him! :) This is only the beginning and I can't wait to see the rest of the journey!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
