One of the most frustrating parts of this journey is all the hurry up and waiting. I was very good all of yesterday, surely the scale could reward me with a little downward shift?!
At least I learnt what I ate yesterday is unlikely to result in a weight loss OR gain, so that’s something. Every day is a new experiment!
