5.4kg drop with 5 days of fasting.
My first extended fasting attempt last month was 5kg drop after 6 days.
Fasting indeed gets easier & more efficient with each practice.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
