I didn't follow my diet yesterday I had ice cream and fries, but the good thing is I still lost 1/4 of a pound I am so happy I didn't gain any weight. If I had I would have been extremely depressed. Since I haven't gone into depression I'm gonna be vigilant on my quest towards a major life change.
