I have been dealing with a broken water heater, so in rebuilding my garage, having garage sales and cleaning my house, going through everything, i really was constantly working. Definitely a lot more physical activity than sitting a desk 8 hours a day.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
