This week my entire family has been sick. First the baby, then hubby, and then me. I haven't followed plan at all but it's ok since I haven't gained any weight.
This week I'm going to start the Couch to 5K Program. There is a 5K in April that I want to do. Don't know if I'll run the whole thing, but I def want to be in WAY better shape for it!
I'm looking at some new challenges to participate in. I'm finding a lot of them are not healthy... like losing 20 lbs in a month. Maybe I'll start my own healthy one!
