I’ve been doing a lot of baking, which for me means taste testing as I go 🙄 Trying to stay away from sweets when they’re right in front of me seems impossible. Time to re-focus.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
