So using another scale , so not thaaat excited .
Monday : little bit beans curry and slice of butter and nuts . Protein shake

Tuesday : big salad with halloumi and lots chocolate 🍫
And protein shake
140.0 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
