New here. I don't know if people are here to maintain weight or have a little to lose. I am here to lose 130 lbs. Since the loss of my 12 year old son I work, eat, sleep, repeat. I have gained around 100 lbs. I am giving myself permission to live again and need to practice self care. I love people and hope to make friends. - I hope to be successful and maybe, eventually,, an inspiration to others.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
