3kg drop after 55hrs of fasting.
30mins of light intensity exercise and 4 litres of liquids on each of the 2 days.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Bernard, do you add salt to your water while you are fasting? If so, do you feel a difference?

hi Wrearry, during my 6 days fasting last month I did not consume any salt. There were short periods of mild numbness in my legs but very occasionally and bearable.
