Don't worry about Chad!!! And definitely don't put pressure on these next two weeks. If you keep thinking they are going to be bad you're going to be ok with over eating. Let's keep counting our calories and hitting the gym and try to just maintain!!! We can do that! :)

I agree with Nicole. I also agree with what Rita said on FB. just because it's the "holidays" doesn't mean anything. my plan is to eat decent, but small portions and eat mostly things that i wouldn't allow myself any other time or maybe can't get any other time. I won't likely count calories on thanksgiving day but thats me. Lets hit the gym before we go out to your moms that day, this will ensure our bodies are burning as we eat so it won't sit stagnate in our bodies for 2 or 3 days before we "make it" back to the gym! Plus with the 3 of us at the same place, maybe we can even go for a walk outside together with the kids after the meal!
