昨天整天的飲食:
第一餐:自己調的膠原蛋白飲+花生全麥土司1片+牛蕃茄1顆.
第二餐:鮮芋仙冰甜品1碗
第三餐:炸雞排1塊.雞腿1支.雞翅3支
133.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.9 lb a week
