Just finished my first workout with 7kg weights and my gosh my ARMS ARE ON FIRE. I’m gonna incorporate weight training in my routine
147.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
