I don't eat much lately. I start to eat when I'm hungry only. I choose to eat main meal as well. I can care less about calorie intake now as I don't take in high calorie loaded junk food anymore. Hope I can keep it going. :)
115.1 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
