Ok, so I stepped on the scale this morning and it hasn't moved. I'm not worried though, because I've been getting my exercise twice a day. I know I'm building muscle and I've definitely lost inches...so all in all I'm still happy.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
