Started this journey when I was born! Been overweight most of my life, topping at 309 (Dr's scale). 2009, WLS. best weight 210lbs. 2013 revised WLS (no gain, just zero addt loss) best weight 160. Today, 2021-02-01, I vacillate between 180 and 190 without any effort or regard to what I eat. So, I am tired, and out of shape, but look skinny. I'm so done with that. while losing weight is ok, I want to get in shape and feel good. I am not sure 160 looks good on me the way I got to it last time, but I want to FEEL good. Feel STRONG.

So, I can only do that once way. MOVE MY BUTT!!. Additionally, I should see a difference in my weight (or measurement). And if I want to do this right, watch what I am putting in my body.

I have coasted fairly well on the WLS for the last 10 years. Now I want to do more with myself, for myself... ehhhh... enough talking.... I feel the lazies coming on. Time to get moving!
