It's almost the start of a new quarter (almost) at school and I figure what better time to buckle down again and lose the weight I've been wanting to get rid of for a while now. I did so well up until Christmas and then it all fell apart and I have finally decided that I am ready to log every single thing I put into my body and keep track of every single calorie I burn at the gym until I am at my goal! :)

178.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
